Case Study

Incorporatewear were awarded the contract by Lakeland back in 2007 to supply their uniform and have continued the successful partnership for the past decade, making Lakeland one of our many long standing customers. As Lakeland has grown in the last 10 years we now provide uniform to over 1200 wearers across around 90 stores in the UK and to franchisee networks in the Middle East and more recently, in Australia. We have had numerous contract extensions with Lakeland over our 10 years which can only be seen as testament to the service we provide and the partnership we have with them.

All about the brand

ICW supply male and female uniform for the retail and warehouse staff, predominantly shirting and gilets. The latest uniform range issued this summer has given the staff a more casual and contemporary look, making the range feel even artisan, which ties in with the latest store format. Staff feel more relaxed and comfortable and they appear more approachable for customers.

The brief provided by Lakeland for this latest range design was to ensure wearer comfort and for their branding to be clearly visible. With this is mind the branding was enlarged to ensure it stood out and that customers knew who the staff were. Valuable feedback from both staff and customers was gained from wearer trials and the range evolved into what you see today.

“We feel our Lakeland uniform represents our brand well - it is very visible, smart and contemporary and plays an important part in making Lakeland a great place to work.”
