Not only are Lisa and Chuds extremely proud of their teams and their continuous hard work and dedication being at the front end of keeping all of our customer happy – they can still do this with a smile on their faces.
We know it’s been a difficult time with the challenges that Covid has made us all face , isolation, working from home and self-managing, it’s so important that we help, support and mentor each other and as a team, as this reassurance keeps the team morale boosted!
Now lockdown has eased and the majority of our customers are now back to “BAU” and the added pressures this brings, our customer service team are determined to do the best job they can for our customers.
